Policies


Our goal at Capelo is to provide the very best in Salon and Spa services.  In order to maintain our high standards and to keep you, our valued customer, happy we have established the following policies.

1.
Scheduling Appointments

An approved credit card or Capelo Gift Certificate number is required to hold appointments for:
  a) multiple services in salon or spa , and/or
  b) parties of two or more people.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.  We want you to have enough time to fill out forms and relax before your treatment.

2.

Cancellations/Rescheduling
In order to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least a 24 hour advance notice to avoid charges that are due in full.

3.

No Children

We are an adult-oriented Salon and Spa. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted unless a service is being provided. We kindly request that children not accompany you to your spa or salon visit.

4.
Cell Phones

For the protection of our spa equipment and to maximize your relaxing experience, we kindly request you to turn off all pagers and cell phones when entering the Spa area.  Any emergency phone calls can be directed to our receptionist.
